Investing in Funds – Profitable and a Good Solution: StandardPrva Soon Launches Its Investment Business
23.08.2025In a time when news about economic turmoil and unstable markets bombards us daily, for the average person the question of where to safely and profitably invest money becomes increasingly significant. Classical bank savings often do not bring satisfactory interest rates, while stock and bond markets occasionally go through turbulences that can worry even more experienced investors. Precisely because of this, many financial experts advise turning to investment funds as one of the solutions that combines the potential for profit with reasonable risk management.
BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, recently advised investors to consider greater exposure to hedge funds as a way to achieve potentially higher returns in these uncertain times. Their Investment Institute in its latest report points out how economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions reduce the returns of traditional investments such as stocks and bonds. Because of this, BlackRock proposes the largest increase so far in the share of hedge funds in portfolios – as much as around 5% more than before – financing this change by reducing positions in classic stocks and government bonds. In other words, part of the money that would otherwise lie in less flexible investments would be redirected into hedge funds that offer more strategic options for preserving and growing capital.
What is the reason for such a move? Hedge funds are a special type of investment fund that has greater freedom in investments and strategies than classical funds. They can invest in different types of assets and use advanced techniques (such as “hedging” – protecting a portfolio from risk, or earning even on market declines through so-called short selling) and actively adapt to changes in the market. BlackRock emphasizes that, precisely thanks to this flexibility, hedge funds can withstand increased market volatility, giving investors greater opportunity to protect capital while maintaining income. After a period of weaker results, these funds have returned to focus because the best among them in recent years have outperformed traditional investments. According to BlackRock’s data, leading hedge funds have achieved above-average profits since the pandemic, especially those with macro strategies that skillfully took advantage of large market fluctuations. This means that hedge funds have shown the ability to achieve results better than the average in unstable conditions – exactly what investors wish for when they seek security for their capital.
Of course, to the average investor all this may sound somewhat abstract. Hedge funds often require large minimum stakes and complex investment rules, so they are not always available or attractive to everyone. Still, the principle is clear: in challenging times one should look for investments that offer both stability and decent returns.
This is exactly where StandardPrva comes onto the scene with its new financial instrument. It is an investment portfolio of the company BridgeOne Capital d.o.o., which will make investing simple while at the same time providing a fixed annual return of an attractive 7%. A fixed return means that investors can count on stable earnings – about 7% on the invested amount every year – which makes this investment predictable and reliable. All details about the offer will be available soon, and already now StandardPrva is announcing the BridgeOne Capital portfolio as a new opportunity for all who want to invest their finances in a safe way with stable returns. In other words, even domestic investors will get the chance to achieve profits similar to those offered globally by hedge funds, but through a local instrument that is understandable and accessible to a wider circle of people.
Ultimately, whether it is about increased exposure to global hedge funds for greater flexibility or investing in local portfolios with stable returns, it is clear that investing in funds can be both profitable and a reasonable solution. In uncertain times, such approaches offer a healthy balance between safety and profit, which makes them attractive to a wide circle of investors – from large institutions to ordinary people who simply want their hard-earned money to work for them securely.
