During previous seasons, Standard House achieved significant results in accommodation management on Jahorina. Our guests come from various European countries, and we are especially pleased by the continuous growth of foreign tourists' interest in this mountain and its development potential. As a socially responsible company, we strongly support the registration of accommodation capacities and the proper fulfillment of all legal obligations.

Porto Montenegro
As part of its portfolio, Standard House will manage a representative apartment in Porto Montenegro during 2026, one of the most prestigious nautical and tourist centers in the Mediterranean. This project represents an important step in expanding our operations toward the luxury accommodation market and international guests.
Future
Standard House is developing a long-term vision of creating a recognizable hospitality brand in Southeast Europe. Within the Standard Plaza project in Bijeljina, the opening of the Standard House Hotel is planned, which will combine modern accommodation, business facilities, and premium service in one place.
