Mihajlo Banjac

Mihajlo Banjac (born on March 2, 1999, in Novi Sad) is a business development specialist, consultant, and operations manager with extensive experience in the fields of business development, architecture, project management, manufacturing, retail, and business process optimization. He currently serves as a consultant and partner in one of Switzerland's leading companies engaged in international trade, new product development, and the implementation of advanced technological solutions in logistics and operations.

At a very young age, he began his professional career in one of the renowned companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of interior design and furnishing, where he worked on developing project solutions, interior design, technical preparation, and client communication. Through his work on projects, he gained significant experience in bridging the creative and commercial aspects of business.

Following that, he took on leadership positions at a domestic market-leading company in the wood processing industry, where he was responsible for retail management, technical preparation, and the coordination of furniture manufacturing processes intended for both the domestic and European markets. His work covered the entire cycle – from production planning and process optimization to logistics and export for major international clients.

In the subsequent period, he became the head of operations at a European company, developing retail and franchise systems, and leading projects for opening new business units, market analysis, product development, and the organization of business processes. He particularly excelled in the design and launch of new products in the field of phytopharmacy and the establishment of efficient operational models.

He specializes in business systems development, Lean Six Sigma methodology, process optimization, organizational development, and the implementation of innovative solutions. His approach to work is based on strategic thinking, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. He believes that sustainable growth is achieved through discipline, efficiency, and the ability to turn ideas into functional and profitable business models.
