Miloš Stevanović at the REACH Conference: Leadership in Legal Practice, Law and Business in the Age of Digital Transformation
12.10.2026Miloš Stevanović, lawyer and entrepreneur, will participate in the regional student conference REACH, which will take place from 12 to 14 October 2026 in Jahorina. Through the topic “Leadership in Legal Practice, Law and Business in the Age of Digital Transformation,” presented through the Miloš Masterclass programme, he will share his experience in legal practice, management and business development with students.
REACH is a new regional initiative launched by students of economics and law from the University of Banja Luka and the University of Montenegro. Its goal is to strengthen cooperation among students, professors, academic institutions and the business community across the Western Balkans.
The organisers aspire to establish Jahorina, a well-known regional destination, as a meeting place for young people to exchange knowledge and ideas and build long-term partnerships among universities and the region’s academic communities. The conference connects academic theory with practical experience and creates opportunities to discuss the challenges young people face after completing their studies.
The particular value of this gathering lies in connecting students directly with professionals whose knowledge, experience and achievements can contribute to their academic and career development. In this spirit, Miloš Stevanović’s participation will focus on the relationship between law, business and leadership in an era of rapid digital transformation.
From Legal Expertise to Leading People and Businesses
The topic “Leadership in Legal Practice, Law and Business in the Age of Digital Transformation” raises questions that go beyond knowledge of legislation: how professional trust is built, how responsibility for decisions is assumed, and how legal expertise can be combined with an understanding of clients’ business needs.
Legal practice requires expertise, independence and professional ethics, as well as the ability to understand the broader context in which clients operate. Managing a law firm and developing business systems also require organisation, clear communication, team building and long-term planning. It is precisely at the intersection of law and entrepreneurship that opportunities emerge for meaningful dialogue with future lawyers and economists.
Through the Miloš Masterclass programme, Stevanović will draw on his own professional experience to introduce students to the practical aspects of career development and taking on leadership responsibilities.
Digital Transformation as a Challenge for the Next Generation of Professionals
Digitalisation and the development of artificial intelligence raise important questions for law and business: how to use new tools, how to evaluate their results, and how to maintain quality, confidentiality and accountability in professional practice.
For young people just entering the profession, these issues are an integral part of career preparation. Alongside professional expertise, the ability to learn, think critically and understand how technology affects client relations, business organisation and decision-making is becoming increasingly important.
Discussions about leadership in this environment therefore also involve a willingness to adapt to change while maintaining professional standards and the trust on which long-term relationships are built.
Connecting Academia and the Business Community
By participating in the REACH conference, Miloš Stevanović supports an initiative that gives students the opportunity to establish connections beyond their faculties, explore different professional paths and gain a broader understanding of the opportunities available to them.
For StandardPrva, bringing together knowledge, experience and young people represents an important contribution to the development of the business and academic environment. Events like this create opportunities for cooperation initiated during university studies to develop into future projects, professional partnerships and new business ideas.
From 12 to 14 October, Jahorina will serve as a meeting place for students, the academic community and experienced professionals, all brought together by a shared commitment to knowledge, development and regional cooperation.
