Standard Prva continues to expand its portfolio of innovative services and will officially launch HouseMajstor on August 1, a digital platform introducing a completely new approach to home repairs and property maintenance in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

HouseMajstor is much more than a service for finding tradespeople. It is a structured system that connects customers with verified professionals through clearly defined deadlines, transparent processes, and modern technology. The goal is simple: to provide fast, reliable, and high-quality services without unnecessary delays.

During the first phase of the project, services will be available in the city of Bijeljina, where HouseMajstor will establish its network of trusted partners and further develop its operational model. The expansion strategy is already in place, and during the first quarter of 2027, the platform will become available in several other cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina, marking the beginning of the country's first organized nationwide network for home maintenance and repair services.

Customers will have access to electricians, plumbers, painters, and a wide range of skilled trades, as well as 24/7 emergency repair services for situations requiring immediate assistance. Every request is registered within the system, customers receive a scheduled arrival time in advance, and once the work is completed, payment can also be made by card—one of the key innovations introduced to this market.

A unique feature of the project is Housekeeper, a completely new service package designed for homeowners and businesses that wish to entrust the day-to-day management of their property to a single reliable partner. With the customer's authorization, HouseMajstor can pay monthly utility bills, organize and perform lawn mowing, window cleaning, routine electrical and plumbing maintenance, and coordinate numerous other services necessary for the smooth operation of a property. This comprehensive solution saves time, reduces the risk of costly repairs, and enables all maintenance activities to be managed through one integrated system.

With the launch of HouseMajstor, Standard Prva reinforces its long-term strategy of expanding beyond accounting, tax advisory, and business consulting by creating innovative services that improve everyday life through technology, efficient organization, and the highest standards of quality.

Customer requests are being accepted starting today, while regular service operations officially begin on August 1.
