In 2026, Stevanović Law Firm celebrates 30 years of existence. Three decades of law, responsibility, trust, and working with individuals and companies whose important personal and business decisions have often required the security that only knowledge, experience, and trust in one’s lawyer can provide.

The story of the Firm began in 1996, when it was founded by attorney Vesna Stevanović. At a time of major social and economic change, she laid the foundations of a law firm built on several simple yet enduring principles: the legal profession is, above all, a responsibility towards people; trust must be earned; and professional reputation is built over years and safeguarded every day.

Vesna Stevanović – The Foundation of a Professional Legacy

Over the years that followed, Vesna Stevanović built the Firm case by case, client by client. Her professional dedication created something far more important than a business name – it created an institutional culture and a level of trust that have endured for three decades.

Generations of clients have passed through the Firm. Laws, judicial practice, the economy, and society have changed. Clients have grown as well: businesses that once began as small family enterprises have developed into established companies, and as they grew, so did the complexity of the legal matters they entrusted to the Firm.

Yet Vesna Stevanović’s fundamental principle has remained unchanged: a lawyer must stand by the client when it matters most.

Miloš Stevanović – The Second Generation and Continued Development

That professional legacy was continued by attorney Miloš Stevanović, the second generation of the Stevanović family at the Firm.

Taking on increasing responsibility for its leadership and development, Miloš Stevanović continued to build on the foundations established by Vesna, while at the same time expanding the Firm’s activities into modern corporate law, business, finance, taxation, investment, and technology.

This created a combination that today represents perhaps the Firm’s greatest strength: the experience of the first generation and the ambition of the second.

The intention was never to change what had been built over decades. The intention was to preserve the best of that legacy and adapt it to the times ahead.

Vesna Stevanović laid the foundations. Miloš Stevanović continued to build.

And within that simple sentence lies the essence of the thirty-year continuity of Stevanović Law Firm.

From Legal Practice to a Broader Business System

Over time, the experience gained through legal practice raised another important question: can a client receive, in one place, not only a legal answer, but also an understanding of their business as a whole?

This way of thinking led to the development of StandardPrva, followed by other business initiatives.

StandardPrva did not emerge by chance alongside the Law Firm. Its roots lie precisely in the Firm’s experience – in daily work with companies and in the understanding that, in real life, law, taxation, accounting, finance, and business decisions are almost never separate from one another.

Thus, from a law firm founded in 1996, a broader system of professional and business services gradually emerged, based on the same original idea: to provide the client with a solution, take responsibility for the work, and stand by the client over the long term.

30 Years Later

That is why 2026 is not simply a year in which we celebrate an anniversary.

It is an opportunity to look back at the journey – from the law firm founded three decades ago by Vesna Stevanović, through the generational transition and continued development under the leadership of Miloš Stevanović, to today’s organization and business systems that have grown from that experience.

But above all, it is an opportunity to say thank you.
