14.12.2025StandardPrva, in cooperation with a law firm from the Republic of Serbia, provides complete legal support in the “YOUR OWN ON YOUR OWN” procedure, in accordance with the Law on Special Conditions for the Registration and Recording of Rights to Real Estate.
This service is intended for owners of houses, apartments, and other buildings that have not yet been registered in the cadastre or have not been fully registered (e.g. part of the building is missing, auxiliary structures, extensions, changes in structure, etc.).
The deadline for mandatory submission of the application/request is February 5, 2026, which is why we recommend preparing the documentation and application in a timely manner, in order to avoid congestion and the risk of missing the deadline.
