The real estate business segment of StandardPrva, operating under the StandardHouse brand, achieved very strong results during the 2025/2026 winter tourist season on Jahorina.

Our accommodation capacities were occupied throughout most of the season, and we are particularly pleased that a significant share of our guests were international visitors who recognized Jahorina as one of the most promising tourist destinations in the region. Interest in Jahorina continues to grow year after year, driven by its high-quality ski infrastructure and an increasingly diverse tourism offering available throughout all seasons.

As a socially responsible company, we would like to emphasize that all apartments under our management are properly registered and that all tax and legal obligations are fulfilled in full compliance with applicable regulations. The opening of the hotel will also mark the formal separation of our real estate operations into a dedicated legal entity that will manage our HORECA activities (hotels, restaurants, and cafés).
