Božana Simić
Božana Simić, whose maiden name was Cvijić, was born on 15th July 1990 in Bijeljina. She completed her primary and secondary school in Ugljevik with excellent grades. After completing her secondary education as the best student in generation in HCC "Mihailo Petrović Alas" Ugljevik, in the narrow field of expertise in economics, law and trade, she entered the basic studies at the Faculty of Law in Istočno Sarajevo.
During her studies she received the scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska and Embassy of Switzerland in BH. She completed her basic studies in 2013 with the average grade of 9.26. Then she entered her Master academic studies at the Faculty of Law at the University in Belgrade in 2014 at the study program – Business legal module – sub-module Intellectual Property Right. She defended her Master piece at the topic "Condition of Distinction in the Seal Right" and she got the average grade 9.50 as she completed her second cycle of studies, so in 2016 she got Ma Degree in Law. In 2018 she entered PhD studies at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade at the Civil Law Field.
Beside her formal education in July in 2017 she passed the Judicial Exam in front of the Judicial Committee of the Federal Ministry of Justice and in 2018 the exam for the patent attorney in front of the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar. On 24th November 2020 she passed the Bar exam in front the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska. Since December 2013 she has been working at the Lawyer’s Office Stevanović.
